DIY Holiday Cards
December 2, 2016
Making your own Holiday cards is a beautiful way of getting into the spirit and showing those on the receiving end just how much you care. Our gal Shauna has been making her own cards for quite some time now (she does them for all the occasions and we've enjoyed collecting these beautiful works of art over the years) She clearly loves making cards and claims that finding a style that represents you is part of the fun. Here's this years card (we call it Holiday 3.0) and the how to.

The Goods
White craft paper
a variety of textured papers
a thin, black pen
hot glue gun
circle punch
The Method
Using the circle punch, cut five different circles. We like to use a variety of textured papers and complimentary colours, but you can also use all the same if you prefer!
Using a ruler, mark your five ornament hangers.
When marking ours, we added a two inch gap on the left hand side and a half inch in between each ornament.
Determine the layout of your ornaments and adjust the lengths of your lines as so.
From there we glue our ornaments on, add a holiday greeting and voila!
The Prize
Beautiful homemade cards to add to your christmas gifts!
