Recipe: Roasted Cauliflower
2 heads of cauliflower
1 tbsp of cinnamon
salt & pepper to season
Feeds 12 guests as a side dish.
Preheat over to 425°f.
Wash and cut cauliflower into medium sized pieces.
Place cauliflower pieces into large bowl and coat with cinnamon, salt, pepper and a healthy amount of olive oil.
Lay cauliflower flat end down on baking sheet.
Leave a small space between the florets to caramelize.
Bake in oven for 45 minutes - 1 hour, or until golden brown.
