Recipe: Roasted Carrots
Let's be honest, who doesn't love roasted carrots? They are a great addition to any meal. We like to use heirloom carrots. Their rich colours are perfect for any dinner table this fall!
3 bags of heirloom carrots
Salt & pepper to season
Feeds 12 guests as a side dish.
Preheat oven to 425°f.
Wash and peel carrots.
Dress in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place carrots whole on baking tray.
Put in oven for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove and serve.
